Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as it remains commercially relevant, and for any period required by applicable law or record-keeping obligations in the United Arab Emirates. You may ask us to delete your details at any time.
Who can see it
Your enquiry is seen by the people at HOPEC Petroleum who handle commercial correspondence. Where a service provider processes data on our behalf — for example an email or form-handling service — they are permitted to use it only to provide that service.
